Hilltop School is currently hiring for the following positions:

Lead Teacher-Jr. Preschool: This position is a 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday year-round position and benefits eligible. In this role you would be working with children ages 2.5-3.5. 

Float Teacher: This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, year-round and is benefits eligible. In this role you would be working with all age groups ranging from 18 months through PreK. 

Substitutes  (This would be flexible hours and per diem working with all age groups, with substitute positions, you give us your availability and we work around it and schedule based on our needs )

We also offer a strong administrative team and a collaborative team environment here at Hilltop. We do teacher appreciation events throughout the year as well as an annual employee holiday party in December. All Lead teachers have at least 2 hours outside of the classroom for curriculum planning each week. We provide company owned tablets/laptops for employee use for work completion and lesson planning.
