There will be a 5% discount for two or more enrolled children from the same household. The discount will always be taken off the lowest rate. 

Tuition includes two snacks provided by Hilltop School. Children bring their own lunch. 

*We do offer electronic methods of payment however; tuition will be slightly higher for those payment methods. See document below outlining tuition rates. 

Childcare Assistance Programs: 

Hilltop School does accept The Childcare Affordability Program(CCAP) however, these slots are limited in our center.  We reserve the right not to accept CCAP if all available CCAP slots are full within the center. For families that are enrolled in a CCAP slot, we must always have documentation of the current award on file and parent fees must be paid in accordance with our tuition policies and DHHS policies. 

TANF/ASPIRE

We do accept TANF/ASIPIRE Subsidies. With this program, families are responsible for paying the difference between what TANF/ASPIRE pays and our full time rate. We must have documentation of proof of award and eligibility with a start date prior to enrollment. 

Right now we do not currently participate in other childcare assistance/subsidy programs.  If you just need a monthly statement for an FSA through your employer, you are able to download that through our communication app.

Hilltop School has 11 closures per year plus one staff professional development day when we are closed. In an effort to accommodate currently enrolled families, the days each year may vary based on feedback we receive from our annual family survey.

Hilltop School is also closed for one in-service day per year. 

Our in-service day will be Friday, Sept. 4, 2026. 

Additionally, looking ahead, we will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2025 in observance of Labor Day.
